I often feel like this when people annoy me. That I can generate electricity in my hands from my anger, then release it all in a burst of lightning.

I would definitely use this character in a comicbook/webcomic about villains banding together to kill off the morons in the world... >:-]

I'm still working on a name for him...

Originally this guy had big eyes with red, evil, irises. But upon a second viewing I decided to make those big eyes into glasses and recolor his irises to the same color as his rage-lightning and give 'em a glow.

I thoroughly enjoy the non-orthogonal & not-perfect walls/ground.
I also like that he's wearing a shirt with those words, to broadcast it all the time, not just saying it out loud.
